At what time can we check-in and out?
CHECK-OUT time is until 11 a.m.; CHECK-IN time is from 3 p.m., possible delays must be earlier communicate.

Where can we rent a car or scooter?
There are few companies in Positano which rent scooters and one of them rent also cars; further information can be found at the front desk of our hotel.

Is the price of the room per guest or per unit?
All the prices published are per room, 2 people, per night.

Is there a swimming pool?
No, we haven’t got one.

Is parking available?
We don’t have a parching available but there is a private car park nearby us that have special prices for our guests. The price could be different in base of season and car size.

Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We have special rooms, romantic, very large and with antique furniture.

Is there available in the room a telephone/TV /refrigerator /Air Conditioning/safe?
All the rooms have got a telephone, a TV SAT/Pay TV, mini bar, Air Conditioning and electronic safe.

Are domestic animals welcome?
All the domestic animals are welcome on condition that they don’t disturb the quietness of the other customers; is not permitted to leave any animal alone in the room.

Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish, Russian and Italian.

Has the hotel a concierge service?
The concierge service is available for all our guest gust after making the check in. Our staff is at your disposal for any questions from 08.00 to 20.00.

The hotel has an elevator?
Yes, the hotel has a lift.

Are there grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding?
Apart from our restaurant and bar you can find few grocery stores, wine store and restaurants nearby.

Where is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is only 10mts. from us.

How far is the railway station away?
The nearest railway station is in Sorrento , 16 km far from Positano.

How far away is the airport?
The airport “Capodichino” of Naples is about a one hour drive from here (approximately 70 km).

Do the rooms/suites have a sea view?
All the rooms/suites have a sea view.

Is there a terrace/court yard belonging to the room?
Most of the rooms/suites have got a large terrace, others have got a balcony with a big window.

Is breakfast included?
The breakfast is included in the room rate.

Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, it’s possible to pay the bill on arrival.

How long is available the front desk?
Front desk is available 24h / 7 days a week.

Which credit cards do you accept for the payment?
The credit cards accepted are VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, DINERS, JCB, DISCOVER, MAESTRO, EUROCARD, China Union Pay.
